Dear Reader

I am just your average dad but with a small difference.  I have 5 kids....yes 5...I have been through the wars with two suffering with ADHD and that in an experience I recomend to all.  It teaches you patience and it teaches you to look at the education system  I did not use any of the controling drugs like Ritolin and went with natural foods and natural concepts.  It paid off.

My kids are fit and healthy and are doing well in their respective areas and grades at shool.

I am a proud parent.
